DLT&V provided electrical, instrumentation, and controls design services for a large-scale pilot treatment facility at the F.W. Weymouth Water Treatment Plant. The new pilot plant allows MWD to identify and optimize treatment technologies for current or future use at its treatment plants and replace the rapidly deteriorating mobile pilot plant. The electrical design included one new 480 volt, 3 phase, 3 wire electrical service from an existing switchboard, comprehensive cable sizing, and routing via exposed, underground, and duct bank conduits and lighting design to meet Title 24.
