DL Engineering & Controls Opens Irvine Office
Irvine, CA, june 1, 2006: DL Engineering & Controls, Inc. (DLEC), an electrical engineering firm specializing in the water and wastewater industry, announced that it has opened its new Irvine, California office. The new offices are located in the Tripointe Business Center at 20 Fairbanks, Suite 174, Irvine, California, 92618. The office building is located in the Irvine Spectrum area.
According to California Director of Engineering, Gene Heyer, P.E., “To enhance our already established team of technicians and programmers, the Irvine office will enable us to provide even more comprehensive local service to our clients. We needed more space to accommodate our growth, and the favorable terms that we were able to negotiate into our lease will help us to maintain our competitive rates by keeping our overhead low.”
The offices are conveniently located between the San Diego (I-405) and Santa Ana (I-5) freeways, and in close proximity to Orange County’s John Wayne Airport. DLEC signed a three-year lease for 2,277 square feet. The owner of the newly remodeled and landscaped building is the Irvine Company. DLEC was represented by Robert Ritschel of The Saywitz Company.
